Edify Labs Names Chief Marketing Officer

Candace Sheitelman Brings Two Decades of Marketing and Contact Center/CX Industry Expertise to Company 

September 26, 2019—Carmel, IN and Santa Monica, CA—Today, Edify Labs (edify.cx), the software company that’s redefining the way businesses manage customer engagement and cross-team collaboration, announced the appointment of marketing veteran Candace Sheitelman to the position of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Sheitelman brings more than two decades of marketing expertise to the company, much of that focused on the contact center and customer experience (CX) space.

As Edify CMO, Sheitelman will lead strategic marketing for the company, reporting to Weeks.

Before joining Edify, Sheitelman ran her own marketing communications firm, Fred Marketing, Inc. Here she conceptualized and oversaw the creation and execution of countless demand generation and brand initiatives for a variety of B2B and B2C clients across industries including technology, customer experience, business services, real estate, and travel & leisure. Prior to Fred Marketing, Sheitelman ran global marketing at Aspect Software, a contact center software company. There she managed all brand and demand activities through eight mergers and acquisitions, two company name changes, and the transition from start-up to publicly traded to privately owned with $600M revenue.
