It was a busy week at Customer Contact Week (CCW) Austin. Besides the usual standing-room-only booth and riveting demos, there was so much to see and do! We made tons of new friends, from Austin natives to New Zealanders. We participated in the CCW Women’s breakfast, hosted twelve -- count them t-w-e-l-v-e -- Interactive Discussion Groups on a combination of self-service and training & education, and heard some really stellar keynote speakers. We also gave away the best Demo Drive prize EVER...the Yeti backpack cooler! Needless to say, we had one happy winner on our hands!

Most importantly, though, what we learned from the people we spoke with is that it’s time to look toward the future and everyone is ready to do that. Across industries in public and private sectors, customer service leaders know it’s time for a change and that their customers and constituents need more. Not to mention, their employees deserve better tech! It’s all linked together and the best customer experiences happen when happy employees have the right tools.

The best way to start is by trying out the newest and best tools that are all wrapped up into one platform! Get your 5 users free now!
